Vermicelli and sabhudana ladoo
Igredients:
Vermicelli 2 cups
Sabudhana 1 cup
Sugar Powder 1/2 cup(Varies according to taste)
Ghee 1/2 cup
Dry fruits
Elachi Powder a pinch.
Process:
1.Dry roast vermicelli and Sabudhana until they change the colour(Preferably light brown) and grind it as fine powder
2.Add powdered sugar , ghee,dry fruits,Elachi powder.
3.Make them into Ladoo.
Sending this to Nithu's Celebrate Sweets - Ladoo Event.
Nice post but how are you able to roll the ladoos with the help of the ghee??
